1) Culture: @Culture_Crit Amazing Poll: The 30 Must-Read Essential Books, Viewed by Millions.

🏛️
By far the most recommended books were the Bible, 1984 and Meditations - in that order. @Culture_Crit
Note from Javier. One of the remarkable aspects of social media is its ability to facilitate the posting of a question that can elicit a vast number of responses from people around the globe. In this instance, millions of individuals have had access to the poll, providing feedback to answer the question, "What are the 30 most essential readings?" Perhaps you'd like to consider adding some of these to your Christmas list!

According to X, these are the 30 most essential:

2) Family: @JCarpenterTN Fit for a Purpose: A Heartwarming Journey Beyond Personal Goals.

👪
"A man maintains Fitness for reasons outside of himself.A High Impact Man doesn't exercise to get good at exercising. His goal is Preparedness" @JCarpenterTN
Note from Javier. After the birth of my second son, I quickly realized the importance of getting back into a workout routine. It wasn't just for myself, but also for the well-being of my kids. They deserve a dad who is in shape and can keep up with them. Get ready to be moved by this inspirational video featuring a focused and determined grandfather that will bring tears of joy to your eyes.

3) Craftsmanship: @JamesLucasIT Sculpting intensity, Bernini's revolutionary depiction of David and the influential wisdom of Leonardo da Vinci

🪓
"Bernini's sculpture of David, about to throw the stone that will bring down Goliath, marked a revolutionary exploration of intense psychological states, such as the anger seen here." @JamesLucasIT
Note from Javier. As a craftsman, my admiration for stone sculpture knows no bounds. The mastery exhibited in shaping such unyielding materials like marble or others is truly astonishing. What captivates me even more is the thoughtful process these artists undertake—beyond mere execution, they meticulously ponder on how to infuse genuine human emotions into their creations. In an era where this profound contemplation seems scarce in contemporary art and craft, Bernini's exploration of David's specific moment stands out as a beacon of inspiration, reminding us of the enduring power of thoughtful craftsmanship.

4) Nature: @MythoSiberia Enchanting Photos of a Siberian Town Under the Northern Lights, Captured by Local Photographer

⛰️
"Her work has been exhibited internationally and appeared in publications such as National Geographic..." EVGENIA ARBUGAEVA
Note from Javier. I've always had a burning desire to see the enchanting Northern Lights, and I was absolutely mesmerized by the "MAMMOTH HUNTERS" series by the incredible Evgenia Arbugaeva. However, I'm a bit hesitant to show these to my lovely wife, as I've mentioned a few times my grand plan of landing a job at the North or South Pole, just to spend several dark, chilly months in a snowbank. I find this whole idea simply captivating!

Evgenia Arbugaeva was born in the town of Tiksi, located on the shore of the Laptev Sea in the Republic of Yakutia in Siberia. In her personal work, she often looks into her homeland - the Arctic.

5) Bonus Content! @Rainmaker1973 "Only to be saved by a ridge when the eruption happened. Talk about a close shave!"

🎰
"Luckily for him, and he did not realize until later just how lucky, he was on the opposite side of that ridge in front, because the entire forest was flattened from the ridge down, and he was in the lee side and protected from most of the blast." @Rainmaker1973
Note from Javier. In May 1980, Richard "Dick" Lasher was ready to ride his dirt bike to Mount St. Helens, but the mountain decided to have a volcanic temper tantrum. He packed his gear, hitched his Yamaha to a Pinto, and off he went, only to be saved by a ridge when the eruption happened. Talk about a close shave!
